Job summary

Clarity Clinic, PLLC in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. You will supervise clinicians, coordinate program initiatives, and oversee clinical care for clients in IOP/PHP settings.

The role focuses on direct therapy with individuals, families, and groups, plus coordinating with the treatment team to ensure high-quality outcomes. On-site, Mon-Fri 11am-8pm.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in Illinois with LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD.
• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading pre-licensed therapists.
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) therapists in the IOP/PHP program.
• Support Program Therapists that run IOP/PHP groups and provide 1:1 therapy as Primary Therapist.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and treatment goals for IOP entrants.
• Lead manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups and provide training as needed.
• Collaborate with patients and families to ensure active, collaborative care from initiation to discharge.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Document all information in AdvancedMD EHR and ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to maintain quality client care.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Provide psychoeducation and resources to patients and families.

We’reseekinga passionate ProgramSupervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program(PHP)who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.

Location: (Onsite)2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005

Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break)

In this role, you will:

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics
• Support Program Therapist that run IOP/PHP groups, who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants
• Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals
• Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups
• Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions
• Document all necessary information in our EHR platform (AdvancedMD)
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey

• Full Time: Base (Salary) Compensation$70,000-$80,000 commensurate to years of experience and licensure

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD
• Must possess 2+ years of experience supervising or leading pre-licensed Therapist (Masters level and Partially Licensed)
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy
• Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders
