1001 Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple hospitality and commercial construction projects from design through closeout.

The role emphasizes strict scope, budget, schedule control, safety compliance, and effective client communication with internal and external partners. You will manage teams, develop budgets, and drive on-time delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• Four years of project management/construction management in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction.
• Knowledge of project management process and ability to handle a portfolio of projects > $6M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, and cost forecasting.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Familiarity with codes (UBC, NEC & UFC).
• Ability to prepare presentations for department management reviews.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem‑solving, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project safety and approve contractor safety plans in compliance with OSHA and FAM guidelines.
• Plan, develop, execute, and close out projects with budget, cash flow, and EFC reporting.
• Assemble and coordinate internal and external project teams to meet goals.
• Support contract development including scope, unit costs, bid alternates, and constraints.
• Run project schedules with critical path tasks and proper man-loading.
• Coordinate with Partners, Clients, and management on status, schedule, and impacts.
• Be technically proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Manage change orders and update budgets and EFC based on cost trends.
