Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee hospitality, commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while driving safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading multi-team collaboration, preparing management presentations, and ensuring compliance with contract and safety requirements. A four-year degree and 4+ years of PM/construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years of project management/construction management in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction.
• Knowledge of project management process and ability to handle a portfolio > $6M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, contracting.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes (UBC, NEC & UFC).
• Leadership experience and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project safety and ensure contractor compliance with safety plans and OSHA requirements.
• Lead development, planning, execution, and closeout of the project including budgets and EFC reporting.
• Assemble and coordinate internal and external project teams to meet goals.
• Support contract administration covering scope, costs, bid alternates, and constraints.
• Manage the project schedule and critical path to meet completion dates.
• Coordinate with Partners, Clients, and management on status, schedule, and impacts.
• Utilize construction management software and Microsoft Office daily.
• Handle change orders within department guidelines and update budgets.
