Job summary

Disney in Anaheim is seeking a Project Manager to own the lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring strict scope, budget, and schedule control. You will assemble teams, manage contracts, and drive successful delivery from creation to completion.

The role requires four years of project or construction management experience in hospitality/commercial sectors, strong planning, financial reporting, and the ability to coordinate with Partners, Clients, and management.

Qualifications

• Four years of project management/construction management in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction.
• Knowledge of project management process and ability to handle a portfolio of projects over $6M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, contracting, and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution from initiation to completion with emphasis on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate safety plans and compliance with OSHA and project safety guidelines.
• Assemble and lead project teams, internal and external resources to meet project goals.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, budgets, and EFC for financial reporting.
