Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Providence, RI, is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our sweet, fast-paced team. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll help drive store performance by monitoring KPI targets, coaching staff, managing inventory and visuals, and ensuring an inspiring guest experience.

Qualifications

• Monitor KPI targets and take action to achieve store targets.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling and product knowledge.
• Maximize sales through product knowledge education and coaching by example.
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations including ordering and inventory.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are enforced consistently by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly (up to 40 pounds occasionally).
