Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Assembly Team Leader for the 2nd Shift (2:15pm - 11:15pm Mon-Fri). This role involves setting up daily work, supervising a team to ensure efficient assembly operations, and maintaining a safe workplace. Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Technical Certifications a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25lbs, and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to read work orders, bills of materials and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up daily work according to production schedule and supervise the team.
• Ensure assembly lines are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Train new hires and oversee cleanliness and safety in work area.
