Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an Assembly Lead for the Duluth area to manage daily production, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality in electronics and mechanical assembly. The role is on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

The incumbent will lead by example, organize tasks, interpret drawings, and collaborate with management to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

About the Role

As an Assembly Lead, you will support daily production activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence. Pay Rate:

$20.00

Available Shift Times:

2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential overtime
