Responsibilities include overseeing the design process for various textile products, collaborating with the VP of Product Development, and ensuring innovation and quality across all collections. Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in color, materiality, and pattern development while managing a team of designers. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in home textiles or soft goods design.
• Proven mastery in pattern, color, and concept development.
• Strong understanding of textile development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing or mentoring design talent is a plus.
