Enchante Accessories Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Designer / Design Manager focused on soft home textiles, including bedding and throws.

You will lead seasonal design development for comforters, quilts, duvet covers, sheet sets, and throws, creating original floral and geometric prints. The role requires translating market trends into fresh collections, developing color directions, CADs, and presenting concepts to buyers and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fashion Design, or related field with 7-10+ years of bedding/soft home textile experience.
• Must have strong expertise in textile print and pattern design, color development and trend research.
• Experience leading seasonal design development for bedding products such as comforters, quilts, duvet covers, sheet sets and throws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead seasonal design development for bedding categories (comforters, quilts, duvet covers, sheet sets, throws).
• Create original floral, Jacobean, medallion, geometric, botanical, and novelty prints.
• Develop seamless repeat patterns, engineered prints, borders, and coordinated collections.
• Research home fashion trends, color directions, and competitive products.
• Develop colorways, CADs, and compelling presentations for buyers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales to translate market trends into commercially successful designs.
• Lead creative direction and seasonal concepts for cohesive collections.

We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and commercially driven Senior Designer / Design Manager specializing in soft home textiles, including bedding and throws. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in textile print and pattern design, color development, trend research, and seasonal collection development for major U.S. retailers.

• Lead seasonal design development for comforters, quilts, duvet covers, sheet sets, and throws.
• Create original floral, Jacobean, medallion, geometric, botanical, and novelty prints.
• Develop seamless repeat patterns, engineered prints, border designs, and coordinated collections.
• Research home fashion trends, seasonal color directions, and competitive retail products.
• Create multiple colorways, product CADs, and realistic presentations.
• Develop commercially appealing designs for department stores, specialty retailers, and mass-market customers.
• Translate market trends into fresh, innovative, and commercially successful designs.
• Lead creative direction and seasonal design concepts.
• Develop cohesive collections aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Manage multiple customer projects and design development deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising and sales teams.
• Present design concepts and seasonal collections to retail buyers and internal teams.
• Maintain high standards of creativity, originality, and design quality.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
