RTX in Forest, MS is seeking a Test Technician for the 3rd shift to support engineering, quality control, calibration, and maintenance. You will test, troubleshoot, repair, and install electronic, electromechanical, and RF systems, following procedures and documenting results.

The role requires an AA/AS degree with 8+ years in manufacturing or production, experience with RF test equipment and electronic circuits, and the ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Security clearance is required.

Qualificações

• AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with electronic circuits and components.
• Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes).

Responsabilidades

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical, computer, laboratory and scientific systems and/or equipment.
• Work under guidance of a cell lead to test and analyze data and report results.
• Follow established procedures and protocols while using appropriate test equipment.
• Interpret test data and determine pass/fail conditions, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide on-the-job training as required.
