RTX is seeking a detail-oriented technician to operate production equipment and assemble aerospace components on the night shift at our Wilson, NC facility. You will follow schematics, read blueprints, and work with engineers to troubleshoot and refine tests while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Qualified candidates typically hold a HS diploma or GED, with electronics experience and a strong ability to interpret diagrams.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED in the US required.
• Experience in electronics preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment and assemble aerospace components per diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate hardware, fixtures, and software.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve test issues and improve yields.
• Document time changes, test data, and material usage accurately.
• Support manufacturing and quality teams to meet production goals.
