Technology Advancement Group (TAG) in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking a Senior Test and Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering and test on our PNT products. You will own the path from customer requirements to verified results, writing procedures for verification and validation, and defining processes used to build and test every unit.

You will report to the Technical Director, manage the Junior Systems Engineer, and collaborate across hardware, software, and production teams to ensure design

Formación

• Systems engineering across the lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Test and verification: write and run test plans and procedures for hardware/software.
• Hands-on integration and troubleshooting in lab and on field platforms.
• Configuration and change control with revision-controlled documentation and ECRs.
• Leading engineers: mentoring and developing at least one engineer.

Responsabilidades

• Turn customer requirements into performance specs and ICDs.
• Lead architecture design, documentation, and CDRLs for programs.
• Write and approve test plans and procedures; run system/integration tests.
• Lead design reviews; troubleshoot issues to root cause.
• Evaluate ECRs; design test fixtures; maintain revision control.
• Coach Junior Systems Engineer to meet standards and deadlines.
