Job summary

Technology Advancement Group, Inc. (TAG)® seeks a Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our defense technology team.

You will support hardware build-up, install software/firmware, run tests, troubleshoot, and generate test reports in a matrixed environment across systems, hardware, software, and test engineering teams. The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience, strong problem-solving, Linux proficiency, and excellent communication; occasional travel to DoD

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in STEM and minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient with test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and multimeters.
• Comfortable navigating a Linux environment including command line, scripts, and debugging utilities.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and verification documentation in simulated and real environments.
• Support hardware build-up and integration; document the build process.
