Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Test Manufacturing - 2nd Shift in Fort Worth, TX to optimize and maintain automatic test equipment and test programs used for product testing and design verification.

You will lead test process improvements, debug issues with DOE methods, and collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to enhance yield and test performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of experience, and the ability to work in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Under supervision and with minimal assistance define, specify, qualify, install, support and optimize test process and test equipment solutions for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield for equipment within an Operations value stream.
• Debug of test process and equipment solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to detect and solve product and test yield and performance issues.
• Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions and OEE.
• Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to determine sources of yield loss.
• Provide solution support to process engineers to improve detection of known defect types as part of a Process Control plan.
• Support integration of test equipment into Manufacturing Execution Systems including yield, tester log and product parametric information.
