Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Lead Test & Integration Engineer for the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) program. You will lead integration and testing across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments for large, complex enterprise system-of-systems, shaping the program’s long-term integration strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. However four (4) years experience may be substituted in lieuof degree.
• This position requires a minimum Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. The candidate must maintain the clearance.
• Expert-level experience leading and overseeing integration of large, complex enterprise system-of-systems or service-oriented architecture environments.
• Extensive experience planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to apply leading-edge principles and concepts to unusually complex and ambiguous integration problems.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and supervising integrators and engineers across varying levels of experience.
• Excellent critical thinking, technical writing, and oral communication skills, including the ability to present and defend technical solutions to customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee integration and testing of large, complex enterprise system-of-systems or service-oriented architectures.
• Lead planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of integration solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Set technical direction for integration efforts across the program and ensure the integrity of integrated systems and solutions.
• Apply leading-edge principles and concepts to resolve unusually complex and ambiguous integration challenges.
• Leverage MBSE and digital engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to support integration activities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout integration and testing activities, exercising substantial latitude and independent judgment in developing solutions.
• Identify integration issues, dependencies, and technical challenges and drive solutions across complex system environments.
• Mentor and supervise Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior integrators and engineers in technical and professional competencies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting integration and testing activities.
• Present, communicate, and defend technical solutions and integration approaches to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Provide innovative technical solutions that support the long-term technical direction of the program.
