Job summary

Associates Systems LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a Sr Lead Software Test and Integration for Ground Systems & Space— TS/SCI. The role requires on-site work and active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly after start.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience as a lead in integration and/or test engineer in a software development environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Experience with Mission Management as it pertains to Ground Systems.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Polygraph after start.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution.
• Lead a mixed team of employees, subcontractors, and leased labor in support of regression testing, verification, and validation efforts.
