Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Test Engineering Supervisor (Finance) to lead a team of engineers in Boulder City, NV. You will oversee testing activities, develop test plans, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality product delivery on an on-site schedule.

You will report to the Engineering Director/Site Lead, conduct performance reviews, manage daily schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years coaching technicians and guiding performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of achieving team goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and industry standards.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in an engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the test engineering team to enhance performance and progress.
• Set daily schedules and manage workloads to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Perform security and safety audits to maintain compliance with company standards.
• Facilitate training sessions and other duties assigned by site leadership.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by site leadership.
