Job Description As a Test Engineer Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of engineers to execute testing activities, ensuring high-quality product delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and provide technical guidance. You will report directly to our Engineering Director/Site Lead and you’ll work out of our Boulder City, NV location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness of the test engineering team by supervising and coaching team members, setting daily schedules, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
