Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT seeks a Test Engineering Manager 3 to lead the Flight Systems Integration and Test Lab. You will oversee hardware-in-the-loop testing, test planning, and cross-functional execution with IPTs to deliver missile lab readiness.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong leadership, and a history of coordinating complex test activities across disciplines. Relocation assistance may be available and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field with years of experience.
• Master's Degree in related discipline with years of experience or equivalent
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at application time with SAP eligibility considerations.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule, cost, and requirements as a project lead or IAM/CAM

Responsabilités

• Lead Hardware in the Loop testing to validate hardware/software configurations.
• Interface with US Government customers during Test Readiness Reviews.
• Support system architecture and verification planning with IPTs.
• Assess design change impacts across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Develop cross-functional interface requirements for verification.
• Ensure program master test plans and integration flows are verified.
• Oversee data review processes and timely test data reviews.
• Manage and mentor Integration, Assembly, Test and Checkout engineers.
• Facilitate risk management and coordinate with program leadership.
• Provide schedule and cost reporting to upper management.
