The ideal candidate is hands‑on, able to work with complex hardware in regulated environments, lead test programs, and apply QA principles. Nuclear engineering background is preferred, with strong data collection and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a hands‑on engineer actively designing and executing test plans.
• Experience in highly regulated industries and QA culture.
• Proven track record as a lead on test programs or projects.
• Familiarity with pressurized systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Ability to design experiments, run them, and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and execute test plans and experimental setups with proper approvals and documentation.
• Partner with engineering to ensure the test facility is properly equipped.
• Collect data to support engineering decisions and clearly communicate results.
• Lead test design reviews, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain test equipment, fixtures, parts, and materials; ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Execute testing safely, repeatedly, and in accordance with quality standards.
