Job summary

Qualifications
- BA in Engineering or related field required.
- Hands-on engineer with test planning, execution and leadership experience.
- Experience in regulated industries and QA principles.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the engineering test facility operations.
- Design and execute test plans for mechanical and pressurized systems.
- Analyze data to support product development and decisions.
- Lead test design reviews and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure safety, quality compliance and cross‑functional communication.
