Job summary

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate to Mid-Level Test Engineer to lead testing teams in cloud and lab environments. The role drives long-term test schedules, prioritizes test execution, and communicates progress to leadership.

You will develop plans, execute tests, and document findings while coordinating lab assets and test configurations. You will also mentor junior staff, review TRs and TORs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to cover all test program

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM related degree Required
• CompTIA Network+ Preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead testing teams in the cloud and lab space (CTB, PGC).
• Drive the long-term test schedule.
• Prioritize test execution and analysis.
• Interface with leadership to communicate test progress and status.
• Develop test plans and procedures; execute test cases and document findings.
• Set up, operate, and teardown test architectures; ensure readiness for events.
• Review and troubleshoot system issues; assist root-cause analysis.
• Produce and review test documentation and reports; ensure accuracy.
