Job summary

Booz Allen in Aurora, CO is seeking a senior Test Engineer to lead a team responsible for test and evaluation of complex DoD systems, including ground software and hardware that support missile warning capabilities.

You will define test criteria, supervise execution, and coordinate with government clients and contractors to ensure we meet mission needs, leverage model-based systems engineering, and adhere to DoD standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading test and evaluation or system integration on DoD programs.
• 10+ years in collaborative teams, developing test strategies and briefs.
• Experience with engineering integration efforts for DoD or government programs.
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288.1 and 15288.2 standards.
• Ability to define and execute large-scale test plans and TES/TEMP/SITP/EVP/RVF docs.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a test team with Booz Allen and U.S. Space Force.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, reports, and briefings.
• Coordinate DoD systems engineering and test activities.
• Identify gaps and mitigate early in the program.
• Collaborate with government clients and contractors to achieve goals.
