Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lead Test Engineer in Colorado to lead a test team delivering missile warning capabilities for DoD missions. You will test, analyze, verify, and validate complex ground software and hardware systems, develop TES/TEMP documentation, and coordinate with government clients to ensure mission readiness.

Required: 10+ years in test and evaluation on DoD programs, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading test and evaluation on DoD programs.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, reports, and briefings.
• Ability to define and execute large-scale test plans and TES/TEMP/SITP/EVP/RVF documents.
• Ability to communicate with government clients and contractors.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a test team that develops and rapidly deploys missile warning capabilities for DoD missions.
• Test, analyze, verify, and validate complex ground software and hardware systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation.
• Coordinate with Booz Allen colleagues and government customers to ensure mission readiness.
• Identify areas for mitigation early in the program lifecycle.
