Qualifications

• 12+ years of test, verification, and system integration experience on defense programs.
• Experience supporting DoD DT&E programs in a Lead Developmental Test Organization.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and report DT&E activities and artifacts.
• Translate requirements into test objectives, acceptance criteria, and verification evidence.
• Experience with Test Readiness Reviews and space-to-ground testing.
• Develop Test and Evaluation Master Plans, System Test Plans, and verification reports.
• Strong communication with government clients, FFRDCs, and associate contractor teammates.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
