Job summary

CoAspire in Northern Virginia seeks an experienced Integration and Test Engineer to support an active DoD missile contract. This hands-on role covers planning, execution, validation and reporting across HWIL test beds and on-site flight tests at CONUS sites.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, lead test documentation, and drive test automation using Python/C/C++ or MATLAB. US citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret-level clearance are required; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with integration and testing of complex DoD systems.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and testing activities for DoD systems.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and DoD customers.
