Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls LLC is seeking an experienced Test Engineer Supervisor to lead Valencia, California's Test Lab and the Test Engineering team on-site. You will direct testing across product families, manage resources, and drive improvements in test capabilities and equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aerospace or regulated environments and 2+ years in leadership or technical coordination, with strong communication to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field and related experience.
• 5+ years in aerospace/regulated environments.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating technical personnel and test activities.
• Thorough understanding of product test, test equipment, and fixturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Test Lab activity and direct program testing across Valencia's product families.
• Communicate effectively to staff, senior leadership and customers.
• Balance testing activities across production, NPI, and R&D with business priorities.
• Lead new equipment, tooling, and fixturing efforts and support existing test equipment.
• Propose and implement improvement plans and PARs as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure knowledge sharing and process adherence.
