Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls is seeking an experienced Test Engineering Supervisor to lead the Valencia, California Test Lab and manage Test personnel workload and development. You will coordinate program testing activities and drive improvements in test capabilities and equipment.

The ideal candidate has a background as a Test Engineer, Project Engineer, or technical lead, and excellent communication with senior management and engineering teams. On-site role in Valencia, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense/regulated manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating technical personnel and test activities.
• Understanding of test equipment and fixturing (design and legacy sustainment).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Test Lab activity and direct program testing across Valencia product families.
• Communicate effectively with staff, leadership and customers.
• Balance testing activities across production, NPI and R&D with business priorities.
• Lead new equipment, tooling and fixturing efforts and support existing test equipment.
• Document test reports, analyses and results with concise reporting.
• Support product development and test planning.
