Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls is seeking an experienced Test Engineering Supervisor to lead Valencia’s Test Lab on-site, manage workload of test personnel, coordinate program testing activities, and drive improvements in test capabilities and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have prior roles as a Test Engineer, Project Engineer, or Technical Lead, plus strong communication skills to partner with senior management, design engineering, and operations across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in aerospace/defense or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating technical personnel and test activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Test Lab activity and direct program testing functions across Valencia’s product families.
• Effective communication to staff, senior leadership and customers.
• Balance testing activities of production, NPI, and R&D with business priorities.
• Lead and oversee new equipment, tooling, and fixturing efforts; support existing test equipment.
• Propose and implement improvement plans and PARs as needed.
• Support cross-team communication to ensure knowledge sharing and process adherence.
