Job summary

You will collaborate with firmware, software, hardware design and manufacturing teams to define robust test methodologies and ensure product safety, reliability and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on PCBA and RF testing, test automation, data analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Design and validate End of Line test equipment for radio products.
• Develop test strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Create automated test procedures from component to system level.

Responsibilities

• Lead test system development and validation for new radio products.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, hardware design and manufacturing.
• Define test methodologies to optimize safety, reliability and yield.
• Design PCBA electrical systems and RF components with hands-on testing.
• Develop and implement next-gen test automation hardware.
• Manage tester procurement, build, integration and commissioning.
• Document procedures and improve test coverage with DFx input.
