Job summary

Woodward Tahoe, Boreal and Soda Springs, seeks an experienced Terrain Parks & Grooming Leader to oversee the planning, development, and execution of terrain parks, grooming operations, and summer venues. This role balances guest experience, safety, and financial performance as part of the Resort Leadership Team.

The position is full-time, year-round, with responsibilities across multiple resort venues and a focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading terrain park and grooming teams.
• Strong safety mindset and guest service focus.
• Proven ability to plan budgets and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for terrain parks, grooming, and summer venues.
• Develop seasonal operating plans, budgets, and staffing.
• Operate snowcats and train operators on safety and standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing for events and activations.
• Recruit and develop season staff and supervisors.
• Monitor safety compliance and continuous improvement.
