Job summary

Woodward Tahoe is seeking an Innovative Environments Assistant Manager to lead terrain parks and grooming operations. You will supervise fabrication and maintenance of park features and work with design teams to create exciting riding environments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions, with a focus on safety, guest experience, and staff development throughout winter and summer operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lead and supervise a multi-skilled team.
• Experience with action sports environments and terrain features is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, maintenance, and innovation of riding surfaces with Woodward design teams.
• Oversee fabrication and maintenance of park features in wood, metal, and snow.
• Manage day-to-day department operations, staffing, training, and budget adherence.
• Ensure facilities meet Woodward Tahoe quality standards for guest safety and experience.
