Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of teller experience, including senior or supervisor responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with computers, the internet, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the teller line and cash drawer.
• Assist in daily branch balancing and cash handling accuracy.
• Enroll members in self-service options and promote products/services.
• Direct and manage delivery systems within the service center for quality, efficient service.
• Motivate, train, mentor, and develop branch staff; set and monitor goals.
