Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree.
• Two to five years of general business experience, one to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the retail training program required.

Responsibilities

• Operates a customer service window with exceptional service and balances transactions accurately.
• Supervises staff in collaboration with the Branch Manager and oversees training, onboarding and mentoring new Tellers.
• Provides technical and operational assistance to Tellers and ensures adherence to front-line policies and procedures.
• Oversees vault cash levels, coin and currency shipments and branch reporting requirements.
• Maintains good relations with bank colleagues across departments and contributes to branch goals.
