Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in finance or business and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Plus 2+ years teller, banking, or retail experience.
• Strong ability to analyze, communicate, and make recommendations regarding regulatory laws.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises all tellers in the Wabasha Market and coordinates daily activities.
• Trains staff and provides ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manages Teller work schedules and monthly meetings.
• Monitors cash levels, vault security, and cash reconciliation.
• Assists clients in person and on the phone, processing transactions.
• Participates in bank committees and other duties as needed.
