Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises all tellers in the Wabasha Market and coordinates daily activity.
• Provides training and development for teller staff and conducts regular coaching.
• Maintains cash handling accuracy and vault security; balances cash drawers.
• Schedules Teller staff and leads monthly Teller meetings.
• Monitors compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assists clients in person and by phone; refers to appropriate colleagues as needed.
