Qualifications

• Excellent sales, service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of bank products and services or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily teller operations and provides customer care.
• Provides supervision and scheduling of teller staff; ensures lobby/drive-up coverage.
• Maintains knowledge of policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
• Supports teller cross-selling and customer referrals.
• Reconciles branch cash and balances drawers daily.
• Assists with end-of-day tasks and branch-wide operations.
