Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months retail teller or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high volume of transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist tellers and monitor internal controls within branch teller operations.
• Greet members and visitors professionally and provide prompt, accurate service.
• Create positive culture for teller line and branch.
• Balance vault cash and assist with cash handling standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act.
