Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
• 3+ years experience in cash handling (required).
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required).

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and coaches tellers in a branch setting.
• Manage teller line operations, schedule tellers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and refer to a Banker when appropriate.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using banking tools and services.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers and maintain branch standards.
