Job summary

The role requires leadership of junior project leadership, field superintendents and trades, with on-site presence in the NOVA region.

The position emphasizes coordinating engineering, scheduling, and subcontractor activities, with no initial clearance but potential TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in Telecommunications and Security Systems.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling methods and general contractor schedules.
• 4+ years on complex federal aviation or government-related projects.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance (not required to start).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of integrated infrastructure and telecom systems.
• Provide leadership to junior project leadership, field superintendents and trades.
• Prepare project documentation, layout and field office support.
• Coordinate PKOM and monthly project reviews.
• Identify change orders, prepare estimates and submittals.
