Project Resources Group (PRG) seeks an experienced Telecom Project Manager with a strong background in cable/telecommunications construction and outside plant (OSP) operations. This role manages all phases of FTTx construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cable/telecommunications construction and project management.
• FTTx project management experience required.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise contractors and multi-site teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of FTTx construction projects, including field operations, quality control, and reporting.
• Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate communications among clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve challenges while focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold construction department standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide updates to clients and leadership regarding progress and issues affecting timelines or relationships.
