Job summary

Circet USA is seeking an Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) in Memphis, TN to install and maintain telecom equipment across central offices, data centers, and enterprise spaces. You will lead installation teams, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with engineering and project management.

You will install cabinets, terminate power and fiber, test performance, and document results while upholding Circet USA quality and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent technical skills in central office equipment/data center installation.
• Familiarity with AT&T/Telcordia/Verizon quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and configure telecom equipment including fiber, data servers, switches, routers, and PDUs.
• Route and terminate power and data cables with proper cable management.
• Read blueprints and MOPs; perform testing and validation of installed systems.
