Job summary

Circet USA in Memphis, TN is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer IV – Lead to install and maintain telecom equipment for multiple carriers, including fiber, transport equipment, and data center infrastructure. This lead role covers central offices, data centers, switch centers, and enterprise spaces, ensuring high-quality service.

You will supervise installers, read specs and drawings, test performance, manage cabling, power and fiber; travel as needed, adhere to safety standards,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or college degree preferred.
• Background in fiber optic cable and AC/DC power installation and testing practices.
• Proficient use of Microsoft programs (Office) and knowledge of IOS/Android apps.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Good mechanical aptitude including usage of basic power tools.

Responsibilities

• Physically place, remove, or modify equipment at work sites.
• Install data cabinets, servers, switches, routers, and network gear.
• Terminate and route power and fiber cables with proper labeling and safety.
• Set up PDUs and ensure proper load balancing.
• Conduct testing and document performance characteristics of hardware and software.
