Qualifications

• A.S. Degree in a technical field plus 8 years' experience or 12 years' experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and coordinates large and important projects.
• Performs complex assignments requiring development of new techniques.
• Organizes own work and that of assistants on projects.
• Provides periodic written reports outlining work and solutions.
• Assists in the training of new personnel.
