Job summary

BWXT is seeking a Technologist 1 in Work Control for an on-site role in Erwin, TN. Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of assignments and studies under guidance.
• Makes sketches, drawings or other graphic aids.
• Prepares detailed calculations, technical instructions and design reports.
• Assists in field test specifications and operating procedures.
• Functions as liaison within the Division regarding problems encountered in design, fabrication, erection, or maintenance.
• Gains familiarity with the company’s method of operation, policy, procedures, and products to perform more advanced duties.
• Contributes to high quality, technically accurate, human performance-based work packages for safe maintenance.
