Qualifications

• Experience leading a workshop team with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to provide guidance to technicians and customers when required.
• Mentor apprentices to develop the next generation of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
• Be the go‑to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
• Be able to provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.
• Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
• Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.
• Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.
