Premier Truck Group is seeking a Service Shop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in our busy shop and ensure high-quality repairs and timely vehicle turnaround. You will supervise daily operations, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with service sales staff to meet commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and knowledge of dealership computer systems, plus hands-on experience in vehicle service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of service experience or equivalent.
• Factory training credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Provide training for Technicians both in classroom and on-the-job.
• Coordinate repairs and support service staff in the shop.
• Review diagnostic results before major repairs are begun.
• Ensure shop safety and maintain clean, efficient work processes.
