Job summary

RestoPros of SWFL, a Bradenton, FL–based restoration company, seeks a Lead Technician to manage mitigation on active projects, interface with clients, and coordinate remediation tasks. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of damage assessment and on-site operations.

The role requires 1–3+ years in water mitigation/restoration, strong communication, and a willingness to be on-call. Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Mandatory 1-3+ years experience with water mitigation and restoration.
• Proficient in estimating software.
• Coachable and a desire to always be improving.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to carry heavy loads and equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Required Skills/Experience

Preferred industry certifications: IICRC Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Structural Drying Technician, and/or IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician

Compensation & Benefits

Pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for advancement. We are looking for someone who wants to advance their career and grow into a leadership role.

• Hourly: $24 - $30 (DOE) + overtime + bonuses
