Job summary

Restoration Management Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Technician II to guide a team through mitigation and environmental projects from start to finish. You will report to the Supervisor and potentially be co-managed by the Project/Branch Manager, interfacing with multiple departments as needed.

The role requires leading a crew, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks, while maintaining equipment and documenting work orders for billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in lead technician role in construction/restoration/mitigation.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (Class C).
• Must be insurable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to pass respirator physical and fit exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians (3+) through mitigation/projects.
• Supervise and coordinate activities to meet schedule and scope.
• Maintain communications with Branch/Operations/Project Managers and coordinators.
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs are followed on site.
• Assist in training and mentoring technicians and standard practices.
