Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams

• Proficiency using phones, tablets, and laptops for work order management and record-keeping
• Ability to perform landscaping tasks with or without specialized equipment
• Knowledge of planting, pruning techniques, and pest/disease management through chemical applications
• Experience with irrigation, pressure washing, and exterior building/grounds maintenance
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to troubleshoot and prioritize work
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record report
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency
• Ability to maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner’s Certification card
• No DUI, DWI, OUI, or alcohol/drug-related reckless driving convictions within the last 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if driving a commercial motor vehicle
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
• Ability to read and speak English
